Terms of cancellation

1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the Purchase Agreement for a period of 14 days without giving any reason and without incurring any costs other than those provided for by law. ATTENTION !! We do not accept returned items for downloading or sent without prior consultation, this also applies to items sent back to a different address than the above exchange.

To maintain the 14 - day deadline for withdrawal is enough to send a statement before its expiry.

4. Run 14 - day period of withdrawal begins in the case of the Sale Agreement of taking possession of the goods by the Consumer or designated by the third party other than the carrier. If the Purchase Agreement covers many goods which are delivered separately, in lots or in parts - of taking possession of the last things (goods), lot or piece.

5. In case of withdrawal from a distance contract, the contract is considered void. Seller shall immediately, not later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the declaration Consumer to withdraw from the contract, ask the consumer all made by him payments, including the costs of delivery of the Goods subject, if the customer has chosen method of delivery of things other than the cheapest usual delivery offered by the entrepreneur, the entrepreneur is not obliged to refund the consumer incurred by him additional costs (Art. 33 of the Law on consumer rights). Seller shall refund the payment using the same method of payment, which used the consumer, unless the consumer has expressly agreed otherwise on the return, which is not binding for him any costs.

6. In the case of returning the goods, the seller is not obliged to accept the goods from the consumer. The cost of returning the goods to the seller shall be borne by the consumer.

8. If the consumer chooses how to deliver the cheapest goods other than normal delivery offered by the Seller, the Seller is not obliged to return the consumer incurred by him additional costs.

9. The consumer is obliged to pay the trader or to transfer it to a person authorized by the trader to receive immediately, but not later than 14 days from the date on which withdrew from the contract. 10. Exceeding the mentioned date means no withdrawal from the contract.

The consumer is liable for any diminished value of returned goods as a result of using them in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Seller reserves the right to claim compensation to the consumer, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

15. Right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement does not apply if:
